Dear Exhibitors,
In just over a month, HawaExpo 2024 will officially take place from March 6–9, 2024. The Organizing Committee (Organizer) would like to remind you some important announcements, as follows:
Setup and dismantling schedule:
– Raw Space: Receive premises and start setting up at 8:00 a.m. on March 3, 2024.
– Standard Booth: Receive booth and set up from 8:00 a.m. on March 4, 2024.
– Dismantling time for both types of booths: From 3:00 p.m. on March 9, 2024, to 10:00 a.m. on March 10, 2024 (move-out through the night).
Deadline for submitting the registration form:
– For Raw Space Exhibitors, please submit the Booth drawing design, Commitment of booth self-construction (Form 2) to the Organizer; Building up booth registration: Outside contractor (Form 3), Electricity registration form (Form 6) to SECC, and pay the fees before the date before February 8, 2024.
Time to receive the Exhibitor Kit, worker passes, and Exhibitor badges:
– The Organizer will deliver directly an Exhibitor kit to the Exhibitor’s office before February 8, 2024. The exhibitor kit will include: An Exhibitor’s Manual, SECC opening ceremony invitation, SECC visit invitation, Gala Dinner, White Palace opening ceremony invitation, Drink voucher, and Happy hour.
– Please receive Worker passes and Exhibitor badges directly at the HAWA Organizing Room – Hall A2-SECC during the Fair staging period (from March 3–5, 2024).
Construction regulations:
– During the move-in and move-out days, all workers and people entering and exiting the exhibition area must comply with labor safety regulations: wear PROTECTING HELMET and wear PROTECTIVE SHOES. No slippers or barefoot is allowed.
– Note that businesses do not bring your own air compressors into the staging area. If you need to use this service, you can contact Nghi Tin Trading Service Co., Ltd. to register for it.
Please read carefully the Instructions for participating in the exhibition, and remember to carry out tasks on time and according to regulations from the Organizer and the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) so that the Fair can take place successfully.
